The Spinnaker is a charming studio apartment located in a historic building in downtown Green Lake just steps away from the beautiful lake. The apartment was built out and completed in 2022, the inspiration for this vacation rental came from all the fond memories of Green Lake the owners have enjoyed since the early 70’s especially the beautiful sight of the colorful Spinnakers during the sailboat races.
The apartment shares some of the original charm of the building mixed with modern amenities. This space is the perfect spot for your Green Lake vacation any time of the year! It is the ideal space for a family vacation, couple’s getaway, girl’s trip, golf outing, sailors racing trip, truly any occasion! You are just steps from the lake, shopping, restaurants, bars and in the center of all the action during the local festivals offered throughout the year.
