Hsu’s Ginseng Enterprise, Inc. is highly regarded as the authority on all things American Ginseng. Founded as a mail-order service tailored to Chinese and Taiwanese immigrants in 1974, it has since expanded to becoming the leading source for Wisconsin-grown American Ginseng and thousands of health and wellness products. Touring operations of Hsu’s farms begin every year in early May and continues all the way through the October harvest season. Notable seasons we enjoy throughout the year are field prepping in early May, planting in July, berry season in August, and the harvest season in late September and October which includes root washing. Most patrons schedule their tours weeks or even months in advance. Larger groups, especially large bus groups, are always welcome. Guests from around the World travel to Hsu’s Ginseng Enterprises, Inc., every year to see something unique in Marathon County, WI that you cannot see anywhere else.
