About La Crosse Queen Cruises
Cruise back in time and enjoy a scenic adventure on the Upper Mississippi River. As the La Crosse Queen paddles upstream on the main channel, your guide shares fascinating facts and trivia about the river’s history and present-day life, along with insights into local points of interest. Savor a delicious meal and drinks as you take in the beauty of the river, especially during autumn when the corridor is ablaze with stunning fall colors.
This authentic paddlewheel riverboat, a modern-day replica of the grand vessels from the early 1900s, departs from La Crosse, Wisconsin, and is one of the few still in operation today. With sternwheels as her only means of propulsion, the Queen offers a unique blend of tradition and comfort, including a handicap-accessible lower level with two restrooms.
Advance reservations are required and can be made online. For assistance or questions, feel free to call. Reservations are accepted up to four weeks prior to all cruise dates.
