We are available for single sessions, and group{2-6 people} sessions. We offer 2 hour lessons that include full instruction, clay, and tools. Ask about studio passports for working on your own. We will be starting classes at the end of August. Take a spin on the wheel and then join a class. Call or stop by to set up your pottery lessons.

Eckels Pottery is not just a gift shop, it's an experience!! Since 1960, Eckels Pottery has been bringing quality handcrafted ceramics to the general public. The studio is a family affair with the venerable Robert Eckels (who passed away in 2004) and his talented daughter, Deanna, guiding a staff of experienced professionals and aspiring apprentices. At Eckels Pottery you will find pots of every description in both stoneware and porcelain clay bodies. We offer a wide variety of original and functional pieces designed for everyday use. We're located in beautiful Bayfield, Wisconsin, where visitors are invited to watch every step of the fascinating process, from lump of clay to finished product. Pets allowed in our outside garden area.
