About Pioneer Park Historical Complex
Pioneer Park Historical Complex is a public museum owned and operated by the City of Rhinelander. Founded in 1932, it features the oldest Logging Museum of it’s kind in the country. The complex also includes six other museum buildings, as well as outdoor exhibits including it’s famous “5 Spot” Logging Train, and the official Hodag exhibit of Rhinelander. PPHC is a great place for the whole family to learn about Wisconsin history in a charming, old style American museum. A must stop during your visit to the Northwoods of Wisconsin.
