Taylor County Historical Museum

The Society maintains a museum with thousands of cataloged items. A dairy display, farm, household and military exhibits, and a large exhibit of taxidermy mounted animals found in the area are featured. In addition to the main museum the Society maintains a print shop which features a large number of printing presses, a one room rural school house completely furnished with turn of the century school materials, and a log cabin with artifacts that may have been in use when Taylor County was settled.
