Three Lakes Historical Museum

The museum consists of seven exhibit halls chronicling the history of the Three Lakes area: from the arrival of the first Native Americans, to the influence of the logging, farming, and railroad industries in the 19th and early 20th centuries (including a replica Civilian Conservation Corps barracks), to the golden age of the Northwoods tourism in the mid-1900s, to people and events of more recent years, featuring baseball player and architect Cy Williams, Northeraire resort owner Carl Marty, and author Sam Campbell. Our archives and research station are open to the public during Demmer Library and seasonal Museum hours. Suggested admission: $3 for adults, $1 for children ages 5-12, free for members.
