About UW-Stevens Point Museum of Natural History
The UW-Stevens Point Museum of Natural History is an integral educational entity with the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, dedicated to bringing natural history to life. Our collections serve as a teaching and learning resources for not only the students and faculty of UWSP, but other regional schools and the public in general. Through exhibitions, education, research and public service, our professionally maintained museum provides an opportunity for greater public understanding and appreciation for the world in which we live. Our exhibits include: Northern Forest, African Savanna, Arctic Tundra, Snow Glade, Rocks and Minerals, Northern Raptors, Passenger Pigeon, Prehistory, Menominee Clans, and many more. We offer a variety of natural history related items for purchase in our gift shop. Our hours of operation vary with the academic calendar, so please visit the web site for specifics. Admission is always free.
