Historic Temple Theatre

Nestled in the heart of downtown Viroqua, the Historic Temple Theatre is a beautifully restored 1922–built venue that combines architectural grandeur with a vibrant cultural mission. Originally constructed in the Neo-Classical Revival style for the local Masonic Lodge after a fire in 1920, the building was designed by architects Parkinson & Dockendorff and decorated by the noted Odin J. Oyen firm.

Today, the Temple Theatre serves as a lively hub for live music, film screenings, educational presentations and community events across the region.
