The Musser Flowage Tour is 25 miles long, round trip. It starts at the Wisconsin Concrete Park, just south of Phillips. Travel north 0.5 miles on Highway 13. Turn east (right) on County Road D which will take you through farm and forest land. A restored school house is located along this stretch of roadway. Turn north at the intersection of County Road H and proceed to Musser Drive. Turn west onto Musser Drive and enjoy the view of the Musser Flowage area. When you reach County Road H turn left and follow the Elk River into Phillips where you will find restaurants, lodging, and supply services.
