This 11-mile trail connects the Phelps downtown area to the Conover Community Park. 9 miles of trails are completed and surfaced with hard compact stone and being enjoyed by bikers and hikers. The finished surfaced trail includes the streath known as the Rail Trail, running along the old railroad grade. With some wetland areas, this is another great trail for bird-watching.
