Rahr West Art Museum

Gracious 1891 Victorian mansion features 19th century paintings by Bouguereau and Paxton, Boehm porcelains, Chinese ivory carvings and international antique dolls. Modern wing rotates temporary exhibits and a collection featuring O'Keefe, Jenkins, Picasso, Miro and Chagall just to name a few. Named one of USA Today's '10 Great Places to See Art in Smaller Cities,' the museum features a World Class Art Collection with no admission fee (Donations excepted). Travel and Leisure Magazine has named the Rahr-West Art Museum among "America's Best Small-Town Museums" in their June, 2014 issue. This rare honor puts the Rahr-West in elite company.
