The Ice Age Trail 50 is run exclusively on trails, ranging from flat and soft grassy double-track to twisting and technical single-track – and there are enough hills to keep everyone entertained. Well-marked with plenty of aid stations, Ice Age is the ideal event for first-timers. But it’s also a challenging race for experienced ultrarunners.
