CANCELED PIKE RIVER RENDEZVOUS

The Colonial through Western Fur Trade era of the 1650s through 1850s will come alive on Simmons Island. Step back in time to the Fur Trade Era when American Indians and fur traders gathered to exchange goods and services. Watch more than 300 reenactors, craft and trade demonstrations, musical entertainment, and juggling. There are games, activities and entertainment for all ages. Food, snacks, and souvenirs will be available from vendors. Admission is free. The Pike River Rendezvous is located on Simmons Island (50th Street at Kenosha's Lakefront). Free parking is available at Kennedy Park (40th Street and Fifth Avenue).
