A 1/2-mile swim, 20-mile bike race and 5K-run. The swim starts at 7am across Shadow Lake in South Park. The bike course is rather hilly. The run is a flat, fast loop. Short Course is 1/4 mile swim, 12 mile bike and 2 mile run. www.waupacaareatriathlon.com Address
