Sat. 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Radar Runs at Birch Island Resort on Wilson Flowage. 400-yard track (snow side & ice side); Modified Class: 1 run for $10, Trail Class: 3 runs for $10; Snowmobiles & Lawn Tractors welcome. An evening dance is being held at the Phillips Municipal Center to raise funds for the city pavillion. Sunday: A breakfast is being held at Club 13 sponsored by the Phillips Lions Club. CWIRA ATV & Motorcycle Ice Races on Elk Lake, 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. Registration; races start at 11:30 a.m. Awards will be held after the last race; one novice class - local riders welcome. Enter race site at Phillips City Beach off of County Hwy. H. Following the races at 3 p.m. , head to Bossman's for Bossball, brats, beer, and a bonfire. Sunday is the ice fishing contest.
