The KVR Winter Festival is a wonderful family event that highlights fun winter activities. New activities include storytelling in ciporoke, chainsaw carving, hibernation talk, and ice luminary workshop. NOTE: Guided ice cave hike offered in morning only. Also enjoy juggling clinic, bouncy house, archery, ice cave hikes, birds of prey presentation, face painting, horse-drawn wagon rides, snowshoe exhibit, mutt race, and snow cave. La Farge Lions Club hosts an annual chili and bread contest for the public. Kickapoo Quick Auction of goods and services produced in the Kickapoo Valley.
