Festive Friday Eves is an exciting series of free, family-oriented evening events held at Cedar Creek Settlement on five Fridays, leading up to the holidays. Nov. 18 - "Feliz Navidad" A Latin Christmas. Celebrate the Christmas season with a Latin flavor. Live music with Doubletime, featuring music on classic guitar and keyboard. Food sampling. Holiday crafts for kids, storytelling with the Cedarburg High School Spanish Club. Complimentary cider and cookies. Sample Cedar Creek Winery's award-winning wines, olive oil and balsamic tasting. Luminarias. Free. Nov. 25 - "Home for the Holidays." Enjoy Thanksgiving weekend with visiting friends and family. Make-it and Take-it projects (free). Live music with Sinatra-style singer Ed Franks. Easy entertaining tips for the holidays. Wine tasting. Complimentary cider and cookies. Free. Dec. 2 (10am-9pm); Dec. 3 (10am-6pm); Dec. 4 (11am-5pm). "The Settlement Christmas Showcase" featuring beautiful handmade and artisan objects of desire. On Friday - live music with Joey LaVie; wine and cheese in the winery; Free. And Mel's Pig Roast cookout for charity. Dec. 9 (Santa's Workshop." Visit with Santa Claus in his winter wonderland. Live music featuring "Songs of the Season" by David HB Drake. Children's holiday ornament craft and cookie decorating (free). Wine tasting. Complimentary cider and cookies. Free. Dec. 16 - "A Taste of Christmas." A night for grown-ups to leisurely shop in a festive atmosphere. Complimentary munchies and wine tasting.
