We opened iB determined to continuously develop a distinctive array of incredibly great tasting beverages. iB is a different kind of winery and distillery that is relentlessly innovating and as an artisan winery and distillery we specialize in producing unique, small batch wines and spirits from our experiments. Whether it be a wine we currently produce or a spirit we'll make in the near future, we desire to create a product that is always truly unique. We established Infinity Beverages in July 2010 and our first wine debuted in February of 2011. We've recently obtained our distillery license and our vodka debuted on July 14th, 2012 (the first vodka produced in Eau Claire). At the new iB Tasting Lounge you may enjoy samples, wines by the glass, and specialty drinks on site. Everything we serve at iB we produce on site--you can even scope out our operation from the Tasting Lounge through a strategically placed viewing window.
