Run 5k, bike 33k and golf 18 holes…all in the same day! Tri-Quest is a unique and challenging athletic competition created to promote healthy and physically active lifestyles AND support youth in our communities. Do all three events individually or as part of a 2-person or 4-person team or choose one event and recruit two friends to form a 3-Person Relay team (1 runner, 1 biker, 1 golfer), with each team member competing in one event. Participant benefits include a pre-event pasta dinner, event lunch, post-event snacks, a chance for awards and prizes, and a long-sleeved event shirt...not to mention the fact that you'll be in the best shape of your life AND you'll be helping local kids!
