Summer Fun

With our lakes, festivals, destinations, and countless outdoor activities, Wisconsin knows how to do summer right. This summer we feature three TV spots that show a variety of Wisconsin’s offerings, but they emphasize the most important one: fun. “The Lake” commercial continues the David Zucker zaniness, as actor Robert Hays’ attempts to fish go haywire. In a spot sure to make your stomach growl, “Culinary” features a rapid-fire series of shots of food and drink preparation, presentation, and consumption. In “The Birth of a Smile”, gleeful smiles grow on a little boy’s and girl’s face in super slow motion as they plunge into glistening Wisconsin waters and ride waves in a Wisconsin waterpark.

In addition to the tv commercials, we feature three 17-second pre-roll commercials to run on the internet. These spots explore what happens when you take the laughter out of sitcoms. Turns out laughter makes everything better- and the best way to experience it is to head on over to Wisconsin (or at least TravelWisconsin.com).
