This sweepstakes is sponsored by Travel Wisconsin, 3319 West Beltline Highway PO Box 8690, Madison, WI 53708-8690 (“Sponsor”).  Travel Wisconsin’s designated computer server is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Personal information collected is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.travelwisconsin.com/terms-of-use. 

 

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND DEADLINE FOR ENTRY   The Travel Wisconsin’s Wonder-Filled Packers Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 7:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries it is unable to process due to network outages, hardware, or other technical failures.  The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if it is determined that it is not capable of completion as planned due to tampering or any other cause.  The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Sweepstakes Rules.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry; except residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories and Possessions.  Employees of the Wisconsin Department of Tourism, the NFL Entities, Administrator, its advertising, promotion, and Internet agencies (“Promotion Entities”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible.  Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and Possessions, and where prohibited by law.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.  The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored the Sweepstakes in any way.

 

3. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will be hosted on TravelWisconsin.com (“Website”).  During the Sweepstakes Period, the entrant must visit the Website.  The entrant must complete the online entry form, following all on-screen instructions to enter the Sweepstakes.  The online entry form includes, but is not necessarily limited to, entrant’s name, email address, phone number, state of primary residence and zip code.  Entrants will also have the option to check a box to opt-in to receive Wisconsin Traveler emails in the future.  Entrants will also be required to check a box stating that they are a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age and have read and agree to these Official Sweepstakes Rules.  Entries for the Sweepstakes will be accepted during the Sweepstakes Period.  No other attempted method of entry will be accepted other than at the Website; entries may not be mailed.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address regardless of IP address used to submit the entry.  You may not enter multiple times using multiple email accounts.  Any attempt to submit more than one (1) entry per person/email address may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s discretion.  No robotic, programmed, script, macro, or other automated entries are permitted.  

Upon submission, all entries become the property of the Wisconsin Department of Tourism.  Entries cannot be revised or altered by the entrant once submitted and shall not be returned to entrants upon completion of the Sweepstakes or at any other time irrespective of any such request by an entrant. 

 

4. WINNER DRAWING/ODDS: Two (2) Grand Prize winners, two (2) First Prize winners, and four (4) Second Prize winners will be selected at random on or about Thursday, October 23, 2025 from among all eligible entries received.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

 

5. AWARDING OF PRIZES: You are not a winner until your eligibility has been verified by the Sponsor or its designee, and it is determined that you have complied with all terms of these Official Rules.  Potential winners will be first notified on or about Friday, October 24, 2025 by email (“initial email”) at the email address provided at time of entry AND by phone (“initial phone call”) using the phone number provided at time of entry.  Potential winners must reply to the initial email OR the initial phone call with their intention to accept the prize and their complete name, mailing address, and date of birth (“initial verification information”) within forty-eight (48) hours from when the initial email is sent / initial phone call is completed.  Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, phone number, or communication problems with notifying a potential winner.  If a potential winner does not reply to the initial email / initial phone call with the information specified above within 48-hours, they will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from among remaining eligible entries.  Once a potential winner has provided their initial verification information by their respective deadline, they will be issued via email and required to hand-sign, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, including, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Affidavit”) and an IRS W-9 Form.  Additionally, the guest of each winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and will be required to hand-sign, have notarized and return a Guest Liability-Publicity Release (“Guest Release”).  Affidavit and Guest Release (collectively, the “Winner’s Documents”) must be completed and returned within five (5) calendar days of date of delivery of the Winner’s Documents to the potential winner.  Failure to return the executed Affidavit within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the Prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and random selection of alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries, time permitting.  If Prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner, or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected, time permitting.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its advertising and promotional agencies to use the winner's name, photo and/or likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law.  Upon request by Sponsor, winner will provide written consent for such use.  If by reason of error, more prizes are claimed than were intended to be awarded, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the prize.  No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of any prize by any winner permitted except by Sponsor at its discretion.

 

6. PRIZES / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):

Grand Prize (Two (2) Grand Prizes are available).  Each Grand Prize consists of the following:

  • Four (4) seats for the Green Bay Packers home game in Green Bay, Wisconsin on Sunday, November 23, 2025 (the “Grand Prize Game”)
  • Four (4) tickets for the MVP Deck during the Grand Prize Game
  • Four (4) Pre-Game Experience passes for the Grand Prize Game
  • Four (4) Hall of Fame Passes
  • Four (4) Stadium Tour Passes
  • One (1) $250 Pro Shop Gift Card (winner only)
  • One (1) Autographed Item (winner only – item and player at Sponsor’s sole discretion)

ARV of each Grand Prize: $2,636.00

 

First Prize (Two (2) First Prizes are available).  Each First Prize consists of the following:

  • Four (4) seats for the Green Bay Packers home game in Green Bay, Wisconsin on Saturday, December 27, 2025 OR Sunday, December 28, 2025 (exact date of game subject to final game scheduling) (the “First Prize Game”)
  • Four (4) tickets for the Miller Lite Lounge for the First Prize Game
  • Four (4) Hall of Fame Passes
  • Four (4) Stadium Tour Passes
  • One (1) Autographed Item (winner only – item and player at Sponsor’s sole discretion)

 ARV of each First Prize: $2,386.00

 

Second Prize (Four (4) Second Prizes are available).  Each Second Prize consists of the following:

Four (4) seats for the Green Bay Packers home game in Green Bay, Wisconsin scheduled for Monday, November 10, 2025, OR Sunday, November 23, 2025, OR Sunday, December 7, 2025, OR Saturday, December 27, 2025* OR Sunday, December 28, 2025* (the “Second Prize Game”).

Four (4) Outdoor Bowl tickets for the Second Prize Game

Four (4) Hall of Fame Passes

Four (4) Stadium Tour Passes

 ARV of each Second Prize: $956.00

Specific game to be awarded to Second Prize winners will be solely determined by promotion Sponsor.

*Exact game on noted weekend is subject to final game scheduling.

 

Total ARV of all prizes: $14,368.00.  

 

All expenses not specifically provided for herein, including transportation to and from the venue, accommodations, parking, concessions and merchandise (if applicable), are each winner’s sole responsibility.

 

Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of the Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, including, but not limited to, cancellation in order to prevent the spread of COVID, and is not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.

In the event that winner elects to attend the Prize event without guest(s) or with fewer than the allotted number of guests, that portion of the Prize will be deemed forfeited and winner shall receive no additional compensation.

Winners and their guests agree to abide by all rules, terms, conditions, restrictions and entry requirements imposed by the venue. Failing to abide by these rules, or exhibiting behavior that is deemed to be inappropriate, threatening, obnoxious, unruly, or otherwise prohibited by Sponsor or the venue shall result in possible denial of entry to the Prize-related event or ejection.

Gift cards, tickets and passes will be sent via secure overnight shipping to winner after signed Affidavit is received and eligibility is verified.  Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions as specified by issuer.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value at its discretion.  In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.  Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.  Limit one (1) prize per person/email address.  All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.  Prize winners will receive an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 for the actual retail value of the prize for the tax year in which the prize was awarded.

 

7. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant, on behalf of themselves, and their executors and heirs, agrees (a) to be bound and abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding and not open to appeal; (b) to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, its Administrator, agents, representatives, employees, suppliers, agencies, successors, assigns, licensors, licensees, advertising or promotional agencies, and any prize-sponsoring agency, and the NFL Entities (collectively, "Released Parties"), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with or related to this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, from any and all causes of action, liabilities, suits, claims (including but not limited to, any third party claims that may be made against entrant or Sponsor, and claims arising out of or relating to acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, or any publicity or other public exposure of entrant, including without limitation, claims concerning infringement of entrant’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights or invasion of entrant's privacy or publicity rights, or defamation, or acts undertaken in preparation for, or participation in, the Sweepstakes), cross-claims or counterclaims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages or demands of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, portrayal in a false light, or attorneys’ fees or costs) (collectively, "Claims"), WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY; (c) that they have no right to bring, and covenants not to bring, any claim, action, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against the Released Parties; (d) to assume all risks, express or implied, associated with all Claims released above, including without limitation, all risks concerning entry into and participation in the Sweepstakes; and (e) that NONE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE MADE OR MAKE OR ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATIVE TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR A PRIZE, AND ALL PRIZES ARE TENDERED TO ENTRANTS ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.  THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE OF ANY PROMOTION MATERIALS OR ANY PRIZE.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, these Official Sweepstakes Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

An entrant’s entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if they attempt to (a) enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than described in these Official Sweepstakes Rules; or (b) disrupt the Sweepstakes, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or in any way tamper with any component of the Sweepstakes.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Official Sweepstakes Rules, Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, if it cannot be run as originally planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, or fraud; infection by computer virus; malicious software attacks, bugs, fraud, non-authorized human intervention; strike, lockout, or other labor dispute; national emergency, war (whether or not declared), terrorist attack, floods, accidents, epidemics, earthquakes, weather-related issues (including hurricanes, snowstorms and/or thunderstorms); or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor and award any remaining Prize(s) from among all eligible non-suspect entries received from all methods combined up to the action taken by the Sponsor provided a sufficient number of eligible entries have been received.  Sponsor further reserves the right to take whatever action it deems necessary or appropriate in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes.  Notice of cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension of the Sweepstakes will be posted on the Sweepstakes entry page on TravelWisconsin.com. 

Except where prohibited and subject to the releases and other provisions of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, each entrant: (1) agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state courts situated in the State of Wisconsin; (2) agrees that any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and in no event shall include attorneys' fees associated with participation in the Sweepstakes or any disputes arising from the same; (3) agrees that no indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including without limitation, lost profits, may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"); and (4) waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO A PARTICULAR ENTRANT(S). 

The Sweepstakes and these Official Sweepstakes Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflicts of law rules.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

 

8.  MISCELLANEOUS:  Winner is solely responsible for all expenses, costs, and fees associated with attendance during the acceptance of a prize.  Each winner shall cooperate with Sponsor with respect to any applicable federal, state, or local tax reporting requirements related to the prize or other consideration received by the winner.  Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any additional fees associated with prizes.

 

9.  WINNERS LIST:  For the names of the winners, available after November 10, 2025, send a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope to: Travel Wisconsin’s Wonder-Filled Packers Sweepstakes, 3319 West Beltline Highway PO Box 8690, Madison, WI 53708-8690.  Requests must be received by January 10, 2026.
