Cabins on Trout

Level sand beach and a campfire to make some wonderful memories await you on the shores of Trout Lake. Dock, picnic table & grill available. (2) 2 bedroom units with full kitchen and linens. All cabins get full south sun on the level sand beach - there are no steps. Kids can catch crawfish or minnows on the beach, build a sand castle or just leave footprints in the sand. Mom and Dad can enjoy the views from the beach and docks. Located in the Musky Capital of the World, the fishing can be challenging but very good on Trout Lake . There are plenty of other great fishing lakes in the immediate area. Trout Lake is popular for walleye, smallmouth bass and musky fishing. But also has a unique fishery of lake trout and whitefish. Use the fish house to clean your catch. Be sure to bring your camera for lots of pictures. There are several nesting pairs of eagles on the lake along with plenty of loons. The call of the nighttime loon is only interrupted by the whippoorwills or hooting owls. Stargazing can be great with the wide-open area above the lake.
