Runamuk Roost

Runamuk Lodge, located on Durphee Lake just south of Hayward & Cable, Wisconsin, is a historic and vintage 5 bedroom, 3 bath, year-round, climate controlled beautiful vacation cabin. With over 2000 square feet, it can accommodate up to 10 people including multiple families. We have plenty of modern conveniences and an abundant choice of activities for all ages. Climate controlled interior, Wi-Fi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. are just a few of the included amenities that Runamuk has to offer. A private sandy swimming beach and dock coupled on an excellent “panfishing” lake makes Runamuk a perfect vacation get-away for friends, families and couples. Aside from lodging, Runamuk is also famous for its many fun on and off-sight activities including our large facility where people of all ages can experience the exhilaration of ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle or quad bikes), UTV’s or snowmobile guided expeditions winding through a backwoods trail system allowing one to experience the breath-taking and awe-inspiring beauty of this part of the country. We offer guides for trail tours or excursions, please call us to inquire about both. For the water, we offer large pontoon boats to cruise on our beautiful lakes here, we offer delivery services as well for your convenience. We are happy to help make your vacation as enjoyable as it can be.
