The master has one king, second room with a King and another with queen and adult XL adult bunk beds.  Sleeps 8 comfortably. Add-on option, starting at the end of May 2022, to unlock the lower level for two more bedrooms both with one Queen and one XL adult twin. it also features another full bathroom, a dry bar, and a common space. Sleeps another six. House can hold a max of 14 people and 2 dogs.
