Chef Nick grew up in the south side of Chicago one of 7 children. He started cooking early with his dad cooking in soup kitchens and cooking with his mom and grandmother. Chef Nick worked in kitchens since he was a teen and never looked back.  Studied abroad in Europe during the late 90's from Spain, Italy, and France, just to name a few. Cooking good food for people burns in his soul. Teaching others how to do the same is his drive.
