As the leaves begin to change, and the days are getting colder and shorter, the PACC is busy planning the Annual Phillips Fall Harvest Festival. You will find local craft and resale vendors, delicious local food, pumpkins, children’s bingo and kids crafts. You will also find live music, fresh craisins and cranberries for sale, delicious caramel apples and so much more! Bring the family to town to enjoy this wonderful Fall Festival.
