Watch historians from Old World Wisconsin and the Museum of Beer and Brewing bring historic brewing techniques back to life! In the 1800s nearly every small village in Wisconsin had German-run breweries. On several days throughout the 2016 Old World Wisconsin season, interpreters will brew different 19th century German-style beers using period equipment. Hops and barley will also be grown in gardens on-site to support the new brewing program. The brewing process of each beer will begin by 10 am and conclude by 5 pm. Come experience where Wisconsin's brewing origins all began!
