The Lakeshore Holiday Parade is an annual tradition in Downtown Manitowoc! Held the night before Thanksgiving at 6:30 p.m., the parade is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season with family and friends! The route begins at S 14th Street and Washington Street and travels north on 8th Street to the Rahr-West Art Museum.

There will once again be a Sensory Sensitive Zone from S 14th Street to S 12th Street where there won't be loud music, sirens, or flashing lights. The purpose of the Sensory Sensitive Zone is to create a comfortable environment for those individuals who are sensitive to loud noise and flashes of light so all may enjoy the parade.

From 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. and after the parade, the Lakeshore Holiday Parade hosts a Santa Reception where children can meet with Santa, enjoy treats, and take in the beauty of Christmas in the Mansion at the Rahr-West Art Museum.

The Visit Manitowoc Visitor Information Center at 824 S 8th Street will be open during the parade to serve free cookies and hot chocolate.
