Come to the BNC sugarbush to observe maple tree tapping demonstrations, participate in collecting sap, learn some of the old and modern methods of boiling sap to make maple syrup, and sample the finished product over ice cream. Program is weather dependent. Call nature center to confirm. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
