World Axe Throwing and World Knife Throwing Championships

The 2022 Championships will be the largest event in WATL and WKTL history. Throwers from 38 states, including 26 competitors from Wisconsin, along with throwers from four countries will compete for world titles in four throwing disciplines: knife, duals, hatchet, and big axe.

Come experience the competition and cheer on the top athletes in their disciplines compete for world titles all under one roof! The event will include 3 days of competition with a final ESPN broadcast where fans, spectators, and the community are encouraged to fill the audience and cheer their favorite athletes on to victory!

Included in the field of competitors are these reigning world champions: Hayden Brown and Lucas Johnson (Duals), Mark Mirasol (Big Axe), and 2021 Standard Hatchet and World Knife Throwing Champion Mike Philabaum.
