As the name implies, this amazing restaurant features delectable steaks along with a full service menu. Merrill and Houston's brings a lot that's old to a new and fun dining experience in downtown Beloit. Walls are lined with great historic Beloit photos to take you back in time including hard-wood floors from historic buildings, leather seats and so much more. Outside dining available weather permitting. How did it get its name? Fun fact: In 1858, Orson Merrill and George Houston ran the foundry at what is now Beloit Ironworks: the beginning of Beloit Corporation! What a beautiful nod to Beloit's history!
