Proof is a restaurant serving craft cocktails that utilizes fresh produce, fruits and ingredients made in house. The venue can seat approximately 60 people with a private dining area featuring a fireplace and TV for presentations. You won't find more than 6 beers on our current menu or a draft beer system with this cocktail focused venue. We also feature a small food menu, that changes seasonally, headed by Executive Chef Sebastian Amoruso.
