Friends of Freedom Park (FFP) inspires community generosity and sustainable partnerships that connect people to life at the confluence for generations to come. FFP operates the Great River Road Visitor and Learning Center at Freedom Park in Prescott, Wisconsin--a city-owned park that is also a National Park Service partner site.

We provide engaging local experiences that merge nature, culture, and community at the confluence of the Mississippi and St. Croix rivers. Located at the northern gateway of Wisconsin's Great River Road, a National Scenic Byway and Wisconsin's only All American Road, the park overlooks the scenic upper Mississippi River Valley at the confluence of the St. Croix River.

Stroll Freedom Park's trails and enjoy scenic overlooks high above the merging rivers below. Get two National Park stamps for your passport book. Watch eagles soar below you all day long. Visit at sunset for the most striking colors in the region.
