The 2023 MK Splash-n-Dash will be held at Veterans Memorial Park at Jack Lake on August 5, 2023. Known as one of the most scenic places in Langlade County, Jack Lake will again be host to a day of racing, eating, drinking, and music to support the Antigo Swim Club! Jack Lake is known for its crystal-clear water and the surrounding area for its miles of challenging trails that wind through pristine forest. The weekend’s events include a swim/run duathlon, a kids race, and 5K Dash. Competitors can compete either solo or in teams. Lodging is available at hotels in Antigo or for the more adventurous, at the Jack Lake Campground, where there are modern cabins for rent, back-country campsites, and well-kept drive-up sites that will appeal to every outdoor enthusiast.

Splash-n-Dash consists of a 500m swim and a 5k off-road run (3.1 miles).  Swim participants must be age 12 or over

The Kids Splash-n-Dash consists of a 75m swim and a ½ mile run.

MK 5K Dash is for those who just want to run.
