A Meisel Mardi Gras

Over the last century jazz has flourished in cities like Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Tokyo, and even Milwaukee. Regardless of the style, location or lineup, the jazz lineage can be traced to New Orleans. Mardi Gras is a celebration of all things New Orleans; the food, music, people and culture. Susan Hofer and The Ryan Meisel Quartet recognize that tradition through their interpretation of classic standards, traditional New Orleans Jazz, and original compositions. They will bring the spirit of New Orleans to the Schauer Center. Laissez les bons temps rouler “Let the Good Times Roll.” Mardi Gras never sounded so good!
