Any way you pronounce it, Irvine Park shines as the Crown Jewel of Chippewa Falls. Donated to the community by William Irvine (rhymes with curvin’) in 1906, the park has continued to thrive and grow through the years. The musical lumberjacks known as The Swampers invite you to explore our beloved park’s variety of attractions with original songs, stories and projected photographs. Tim & Kathy Danielson, Judy Brist, Rob Kuchta, Amanda Schafer and Jerry Way combine voices and folk instruments in a unique blend of Swampgrass harmony to lead folks of all ages on a winding walk through Irvine Park in the air-conditioned comfort of the Heyde Center for the Arts. The Wednesday matinee show has a lunch and show option that includes a box lunch from Bridge Street Brew.
