Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the National Historic Cheesemaking Center. Watch as cheesemakers use an antique copper kettle to craft a 180-pound wheel of Swiss Emmentaler cheese - in the Imobersteg Farmstead Cheese Factory. There will be food trucks on site and also live music. Cheesemaking demo begins at 10 AM.
