This is a very scenic spot to enjoy the tranquility of a truly wild river. Washburn Falls is a cascading waterfall that drops about 6-feet. The best view can be attained by reaching a peninsula that juts out in front of the falls. Reaching the peninsula can be difficult with a steep hill and a small stream crossing.
