Aka Daniel Morgan Parkinson House. Vernacular two-story house built by Tennesseean Parkinson in 1834, renovated by the Lead Region Historic Trust. The hotel hosted meetings by prominent territorial figures in the 1830s. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999 (No. 99001273).
