The Racine Art Museum holds the largest and most significant contemporary craft collection in North America with more than 9,500 objects from nationally and internationally recognized artists. It is among the three largest such collections with archived stature in a league with the American Craft Museum in New York and the Smithsonian's Renwich Gallery in Washington, D.C.
