Drewry Farms Inc. is a family-owned business specializing in pure maple syrup. For six generations, the family has been making maple syrup in the woods overlooking the Onion River Valley in Sheboygan County. Presently, they have over 120 acres of sustainably managed hardwood forest consisting of over 5,000+ taps. They welcome visitors year-around, but to see the sugar house in action, mid-March is best. The annual open house is the 4th Saturday in March. Please call ahead, they might be in the woods.
