Drewry Farms Inc. is a family-owned business specializing in pure maple syrup. For six generations, our family has been making maple syrup in our woods overlooking the Onion River Valley in Sheboygan County. Presently, we have over 120 acres of sustainably managed hardwood forest consisting of over 5,000+ taps. In the late winter and early spring, when the nights are below freezing but above freezing during the day, an amazing thing starts to happen… The sugar maple trees begin producing sap, which the tree uses to make their leaves, and humans use to make maple syrup! We welcome visitors year-around, but to see the sugar house in action, mid-March is best. Our annual open house is the 4th Saturday in March. Please call ahead. We might be in the woods.
