There is an endless number of people suffering from disease or conditions that can be reduced and even relieved by practicing yoga and/or Pilates. Some common diseases that can be helped are: depression, asthma, cancer, chronic pain, heart disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), back pain, and high blood pressure.
