Filipino-American pianist Jovanni-Rey Verceles de Pedro has developed an international reputation as a soloist, collaborator, pedagogue, speaker, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He has been deeply influenced by the life and music of Argentinian composer Alberto Ginastera. In his Tributo a Ginastera recital, de Pedro will perform Ginastera’s Sonata para piano, Op. 22 as well as a selection of recently composed works inspired by Ginastera.
