Buckhorn State Park is a water lover’s paradise, set on a scenic peninsula in the Castle Rock Flowage of the Wisconsin River. Covering more than 8,000 acres along with two adjacent wildlife areas, the park offers hiking trails, a canoe trail, family and group campsites, and unique cart-in camping for a rustic experience. Visitors will also find an accessible cabin, fishing pier, wildlife blinds, and adaptive equipment like specialized kayaks and sit skis, making outdoor adventures available to everyone.
