After 25 years, the Iola Vintage Military & Gun Show is relocating to new event grounds in Marathon County under a new name. Now named the Central Wisconsin Military Show, this event will take place on the newly-developed event grounds alongside Wisconsin’s Largest Auto Museum “Motorama”, just off Hwy 52 in Marathon County’s North East Corner.The Iola Military Show has grown to “The Midwest’s Premiere and Largest Military Vehicle Show and Swap Meet” and the event organizers are dedicated to continually improving the experience for all who attend. The Central Wisconsin Military Show will continue with the vehicle show featuring military vehicles, military equipment, professional vehicle exhibits, living history encampments, swap meet, and guest speakers. This year’s event has added some new features such as show vehicle trophies, special awards, pin-up girl contest, cash prizes, and show attendee parties on Fri and Sat nights with live music. To complete your experience, this year’s show also includes a variety of food vendors and on-site camping sites available for event participants.
